Delivery and payment terms
These delivery terms are valid from 13.7.2024.
We sell products to adults, both private individuals and businesses.
The prices of the products include value-added tax (25.5 %).
We will ship orders within 1-3 business days of the order. Please note that holidays may delay the delivery of the order. For bulk orders, according to agreement.
We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
Leaving the package uncollected or returning it without separate notice is not sufficient for canceling the purchase.

When you order over 80 euros, you always get free delivery 🙂
Posti
Post package 6.90 € or Posti - Small package 6.15 € (e.g. 1-2 training pants/one set)
The shipment will be delivered to a Posti pickup point, Posti parcel machine, or to your doorstep/mailbox.
Pick up the products you ordered from your chosen post. You will be notified by text message or email when the package arrives. You can track the shipment based on the tracking number.
SmartPOST parcel machine
Pick up the products you ordered from your chosen Posti parcel machine. You will be notified by text message when the package arrives, and you can collect your shipment from the machine immediately. Posti keeps packages for 7 days at all its pickup points. After this, uncollected packages will be returned to Dynamifit.
PostNord MyPack Collect 6.80 €
The customer receives a notification via text message, email, or mobile app when the package is ready for pickup at the pickup point. The customer can track the package's progress in the mobile app.
The shipment is usually at the pickup point chosen by the recipient within 2-6 business days.
Packages are stored at pickup points for at least 7 days. The arrival notice always includes information about the last pickup day. If the customer does not pick up the package, it will be returned to Dynamifitnes and we will charge 5.90 € for the uncollected package.

Delivery time 1-3 business days depending on the connection. Storage time 7 days.

Third-party payment service providers
Google Pay
You can easily and securely pay in our online store using the expedited payment Google Pay service. When you pay for your order using Google Pay, you do not need to manually enter your credit card information or delivery address. Tap the Google Pay button and Google Pay will provide this information to the payment service provider.
Pay uses strong security features built directly into your phone and its software. Google does not have access to your payment card information, nor is it shared with the merchant during the payment transaction.
When you use your phone to pay in-store, Google Pay does not send your actual credit or debit card number with the payment. Instead, a virtual account number is used. This keeps your card information secure.

Klarna - pay now or later
We offer you the following payment methods in cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden. Payment is made to Klarna.

You can pay with Online Banking or the most common credit cards. You can find the full terms here.
Buy now - pay later
- Pay [30] per day: The payment period is 30 days from the shipment of the goods. You can find the full terms here.
Payment methods Pay [30] per day and Slice it is available only if the customer has a positive credit rating. For this purpose, we will share your information with Klarna for address and credit verification during the order process and purchase processing. We can only offer you available payment methods based on the result of the credit check. General information about Klarna and country-specific terms of use can be found klarna.comOn the page. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection law and the information in Klarna's privacy statement.
PayPal
Pay quickly and securely at thousands of online stores with just your email address and password. You do not need to provide card details separately for each payment. Shop with peace of mind – PayPal protects your eligible purchases. If you do not receive the product you paid for or it differs from the description, PayPal will help you resolve the issue with the seller. Service is subject to limited terms.

ShopPay
When a customer pays at checkout using Shop Pay, they are directed to the order review page. If the customer uses the Shop app, they are prompted to confirm their purchase through the app. However, if the customer only uses Shop Pay, they can confirm their purchase using the Shop authentication key or a one-time six-digit code received via text message or email.
If a customer returns to the store using the same device, they can pay at checkout without the Shop app authentication keys or SMS confirmation. During the checkout phase, the customer is redirected to Shop Pay service to verify their information before returning to checkout to complete their purchase.

Delivery time
Our delivery is often very fast, and the order is aimed to be shipped within 1-3 business days. All products are ready for immediate delivery. If, due to a stock error, a product is out of stock, we will contact the customer by email once the error has occurred. Our most common delivery times to Finland vary depending on the order and delivery method.
We will also inform you of any possible delays immediately after ordering.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damages resulting from delays. The online store will inform on its pages about exceptional delivery times.
Return
Returning is free for you when you return products within 14 days. The right of return begins from the moment you pick up your order from the pickup point. The return will be processed no later than 14 days from the day we have received a saleable product return. Once the return has been processed, the payment will be refunded to the same payment method used in the original payment. A separate notification of the refund will be sent to the customer via email.
Returned products must be clean, in good condition, unused, and undamaged. If the product has been used or any of the aforementioned conditions are not met, the product's value decreases by 50 percent, and thus used products cannot be returned.
Discounts or shipping fees granted based on the purchase amount may be reconsidered in connection with returns.
What if I want to return a product with Posti?
1. Send a message to info@dynamifitness.fi before the return.
2. Our customer service will provide instructions for the return and you will receive an Easy code.
3. Pack the products to be returned in the original shipping package. The product to be returned must be well packed and in its original packaging. Mark the Easy code received from our customer service on the package.
3. Take the return shipment to the Post office.
You can find the nearest Post office location at www.posti.fi. Request a receipt for the return shipment from the service point and keep it. The receipt is proof of the product return.
Note! If you return products so that the total amount is less than 90€, you will have to pay the shipping costs of 5.90€.
What if I want to return a product with PostNord?
You can return the shipment to any PostNord pickup point.
1. Send a message to info@dynamifitness.fi before the return. You will receive a return card from us.
• First, select "Send" on the package machine's display.
• Scan or enter the barcode of the return address card according to the instructions on the screen. Finally, select "OK."
• Choose a locker that is suitable for the package size. The display shows how many lockers of different sizes are available.
• No receipt will be printed for the return. Scanning the shipment during the return serves as a receipt.
• If the package does not fit in the locker, it can be returned to another pickup point.
Local Box
You cannot send a return through the PostNord Local Box. You can return packages that have arrived at the Local Box through any service point.
In the PostNord app, you can also track the return package.
I would like to exchange my product, what should I do??
Currently, you cannot exchange an ordered product for another in the Dynamifitness.fi online store. However, you have a full 14-day return policy and can always place a new order.
