Return
We have a 14-day statutory return or cancellation policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
Returns require that the product is in the same condition as at the time of receipt, has not been used or worn, its product tags have not been removed, and that the product is in its original packaging.
We do not accept products that are sent back to us without a return request.

Damages and issues
Check the order at the time of receipt and contact us immediately if the product is incorrect, damaged, or wrong, so we can assess the issue and fix it.
Payment refunds
You will receive a notification from us when the return has been received and checked. We will also inform you whether we accept the payment refund. If the payment refund is approved, you will receive your money back to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process the payment refund and deposit it into your account.
